Buddy Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The Terms and Conditions of Buddy Promotion govern your participation in Solo’s Buddy Promotion and form part of your agreement with us. These terms shall be read in conjunction with any other applicable promotional terms and conditions.
- Solo’s Buddy Promotion is available to you if you are an existing Solo IVRD customer (the “Referrer”) or a new customer (the “Referral Recipient”) who has not installed Solo’s Trackshot F2 yet.
- Each Referrer’s Referral Code is his/her registered car plate number (e.g. SMAxxxxx). This Referral Code may be shared by the Referrer with his/her friends, family members, business partners and any other persons.
- A Referral Recipient will need to enter the Referral Code into the referral code field during the sign-up process at Solo workshop.
- A Referral Recipient can use only one Referral Code when signing up with Solo for the first time. He/she cannot have more than one Referrer or use multiple Referral Codes.
- Solo Pte Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or modify the Solo Buddy Promotion and/or its Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and without liability whatsoever.
- Solo Pte Ltd reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities. If a Referral Code is found to be used erroneously, fraudulently, illegally, or in violation of Solo Buddy Promotion’s Terms and Conditions, Solo Pte Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to revoke or remove these vouchers and Solo Pte Ltd shall not be liable to the Referral Recipient or the Referrer.
